About the Opportunity
KBKG is looking for a full-time Marketing Operations Manager based in Pasadena, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring two in-office days per week.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing performance by delivering data-driven insights, optimizing marketing processes, and managing marketing technologies to support lead generation and revenue growth.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing marketing automation, managing campaign execution, and ensuring a seamless flow of qualified leads (MQLs) into the sales pipeline. You will also collaborate closely with sales operations to enhance the end-to-end experience for prospects and leads.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing marketing automation platforms (Hubspot) and CRM integrations to support lead nurturing, qualification, and funnel optimization
- Overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and targeting strategies
- Delivering actionable insights by analyzing data and making recommendations to improve campaign performance and meet pipeline goals
- Ensuring data integrity and usability through processes for data collection, validation, and enrichment
- Collaborating with sales and IT teams to align marketing systems and processes with business objectives
- Developing and managing websites, landing pages, and microsites in adherence to brand guidelines
- Supporting the marketing team by overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring effective execution of marketing operations

About You
To qualify, you will need a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of management experience in marketing operations, including marketing automation, CRM integration, and lead qualification processes. You must also bring a strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Proven track record of improving marketing objectives using automation tools and data-driven insights
- Strong knowledge of data mining, analysis, and data cleansing tactics to improve data accuracy and usability
- Experience managing performance against strict funnel KPIs and conversion rates
- Expertise in marketing automation systems, with the ability to build complex workflows, nurture sequences, and segmentation strategies
- Proficiency in data warehousing, business intelligence, and lead management technologies, including retrieving data from relational databases
- Technical proficiency in design and productivity tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with complex data analysis and BI tools like PowerBI (asset)
- Familiarity with website management using WordPress (asset)
